The Opportunity

Search Recruitment''s Construction & Property Division is recruiting for an exceptional individual to join our successful and growing team. You will join an established team that recruit a wide range of Construction & Property roles across the South of England. We have an excellent reputation with both clients and candidates for consistently delivering a high quality, personable service. We have an enviable client portfolio, being on the PSL''s for many of the UK''s leading national Construction & Property companies.

As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be involved in the end to end recruitment life cycle. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening new candidates through various means including advertising, networking, social media and our extensive database. You will be confident with excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, highly organised and efficient, have excellent attention to detail and be committed to delivering a high quality service.
