The Role As a Recruitment Resourcer, you''ll work closely with our recruitment consultants to source, attract, and qualify candidates for a range of temporary vacancies. Key Responsibilities Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media. Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Write and advertise job vacancies across multiple platforms. Arrange candidate interviews and manage interview schedules. Maintain accurate records within the CRM Develop strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
