Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of vacancies. Building and maintaining candidate relationships. Generating valuable client and candidate leads during conversations. Supporting consultants with active recruitment campaigns and vacancies. Maintaining accurate records within the recruitment database. Assisting with candidate management throughout the recruitment process. What We''re Looking For: Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, telesales, lead generation, customer service, or another telephone-based role is desirable. 2 years of previous customer service experience Confident and professional telephone manner.
