Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer Location: Leicestershire Salary: 28,000 - 32,000 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: 8am to 5pm- Monday to Friday, some flexibility to suit personal circumstances. The Role As a Resourcer, you''ll play a key role in supporting our team by sourcing, screening, and engaging high-quality candidates across the engineering sector. Key Responsibilities Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels Screening CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of engineering talent Managing candidate databases and ensuring accurate records Supporting consultants with job postings and candidate shortlisting Building strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process What We''re Looking For ..... full job details .....
