You will either be early in your career where you''ll learn from the ground up, or have existing recruitment experience. You will be part of a specialist team who deliver recruitment across a variety of sectors within Engineering, primarily Ground Engineering within the UK but also some overseas. We are looking for someone who is extremely motivated, someone who understands that the more you put in the more you get out! Our commission scheme is uncapped, as is the potential to progress and steer the role into the direction you chose, you will essentially manage your own desk with a high level of automony.
