Recruitment Partner (12-month Fixed Term Contract with the potential to go permanent) Manchester CC based Head Office Predominantly remote working with one day required in the office on a weekly basis 12-month fixed term contract and full time (37 hours per week) Immediate start for the right candidate Must be North West based £40,000 plus benefits package, including 33 days annual leave (inclusive of statutory holidays) My large Health and Social Care client is seeking an experienced Recruitment and Talent Acquisition professional to assist them over the course of the next 12 months with their ambitious recruitment plans as they go through a period of significant growth. Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, you will be joining a collaborative and highly supportive recruitment team. This pivotal role will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day recruitment cycle. This will include advertising roles, arranging interviews and stakeholder management. Key responsibilities of the Recruitment Partner: Support the organisation to provide attraction, sourcing, recruitment, selection, and post recruitment advice to the Hiring Managers and stakeholders. Take full responsibility for own vacancies and adverts on ATS ensuring the adverts follow the right workflows. Keep the recruitment trackers up to date including monthly data and reports.
