Alongside keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly, you''ll have the opportunity to improve our systems, introduce automation and help us build smarter, simpler ways of working as the business develops.What will you be doing?Your role will cover three main areas:Systems and ImprovementTake ownership of our CRM and wider technology, identify opportunities for automation and lead projects that make the business more efficient.Contractor OperationsOversee onboarding, compliance, contracts and Statements of Work processesBusiness OperationsManage key suppliers and support the wider team with the operational needs of the business.You''ll work closely with our Director and consultants, so you''ll have the scope to identify an opportunity, suggest a change and see it through.What are we looking for?You''ll have experience in operations within contract recruitment, with a good understanding of contractor compliance, IR35 and umbrella companies.Beyond that, we''re looking for someone who is organised, comfortable with technology and enjoys taking responsibility.Why PCR?A role you can genuinely make your ownFreedom to introduce new ideas and technologyDirect involvement ..... full job details .....
