We''re now looking for a Recruitment Operations and Talent Delivery Coordinator to join our growing team and support the delivery of an outstanding experience for candidates and clients alike. Basic of £30k to £35k per annum plus quarterly bonus based on team performance and individual objectives. Hybrid working from Discovery Park, Sandwich.This is a varied, fast-paced, people-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, organisation, and improving how things work. You''ll support Consultants day to day and work closely with the Head of Consultancy to improve candidate and customer experience, campaign delivery, and the effective use of systems, automation, and reporting.
