Recruitment Officer LondonA law firm in central London are actively looking to recruit an internal Recruitment Advisor.This role is initially on a 12 month FTC. There could be the potential for this to be extended and made long term in 2027 (TBC).This is a dual role - you will cover both recruitment (75%) and general HR duties (25%). This is a standalone recruitment role as part of a small HR team.On the recruitment side your role will primarily be inbound.Duties will include: screening and interviewing candidates, advertising jobs, interview coordination, liaising with hiring partners and stakeholders, offer management, employment screening.A heavy proportion of your day to day role will involve speaking with prospective candidates via MS Teams - interviewing experience is preferred.The start date is summer 2026. The salary range is c.£40,000-£50,000.This is a hybrid role based in central London - office attendance is required x2 per week.You will manage vacancies across the entire business, recruiting both Lawyers and business support.Experience requiredPrior recruitment experience, either in-house or at an agencyPrevious experience interviewing candidatesSome HR experience (any capacity)Professional service experience - ..... full job details .....
