Resourcing Officer Permanent HybridMCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit a Resourcing Officer for their growing Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking to join a collaborative team and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across specialist engineering roles.The main responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for different engineering disciplines. Source and engage candidates through a variety of recruitment channels.Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.Screen and shortlist candidates, coordinating interviews and managing the candidate journey.Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Support recruitment reporting and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition function.The ideal candidate A minimum of two year''s recruitment experience.Experience gained within an agency, RPO or in-house recruitment environment.Recruitment experience within engineering, manufacturing, construction or FMCG sectors.Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.The ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and organisational skills.What''s on OfferPermanent opportunity.Competitive salaryHybrid workingPrivate healthcare.Career development within a ..... full job details .....
