Description The Recruitment Marketing Specialist will have the following responsibilities: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase awareness and engagement among graduate and early careers talent. Develop impactful content across social media, email marketing, web and digital channels to strengthen employer brand visibility. Manage talent marketing projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring campaigns are creative, targeted and commercially effective. Drive event marketing activity, creating promotional campaigns that maximise attendance and candidate interaction. Analyse campaign performance and audience insights to optimise marketing effectiveness and continuously improve attraction outcomes.
