This role is ideal for someone with experience in marketing, content creation or recruitment marketing who enjoys delivering engaging campaigns, managing multiple projects and bringing creative ideas to life. Working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, you''ll play a key role in attracting top talent through innovative employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.The RoleYou''ll be responsible for planning, creating and delivering recruitment marketing campaigns across a range of digital channels, helping to strengthen the employer brand and attract high-quality candidates. Key responsibilities include:Planning and delivering recruitment marketing campaigns across social media, job boards and careers websites.Creating engaging digital content including graphics, videos and copy.Supporting employer branding and employee advocacy initiatives.Managing and updating careers site content while monitoring campaign performance.Coordinating recruitment events, careers fairs and internal communications.Supporting wider Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.Managing team communications and providing administrative support where required.About YouWe''re looking for ..... full job details .....
