This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Manager, based in the south of the UK with majority work-from-home flexibility. The Recruitment Manager will lead the recruitment process, specifically looking to recruit Appointed Representatives to the HLP Brand. This will include identifying opportunities, appointment setting, demonstrating technology solutions, discussing the proposition and formulating exit plans to leave their existing networkExperience in Recruiting Appointed Representatives into a NetworkStrong sales background in the financial services sectorAbility to Collaborate with key stakeholders in the businessGood business acumenAn understanding of what good looks like in the financial services regulated spaceA mortgage / protection background, ideally as an adviser would be consideredRemuneration
