Would you be excited by the prospect of joining a rapidly growing recruitment organisation leading a Freight division?Joining a very successful team, you would be responsible for individual and team targets being exceeded on a weekly basis, supporting the day-to-day operation; whilst being supported and encouraged to develop personally and professionally in your own career.Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.Holidays: 25 days + birthday day offCommission: competitive and uncappedCulture: work hard, play hard, learn every day and make sure you have lots of fun along the way!Duties and Responsibilities of a Recruitment Manager:Building a high performing team by leading from the front and building your own sales pipeline.Contribute to the strategic direction and strategy implementation and align the team to the business vision.Be a visible and proactive leader, supporting, challenging and holding people to account across the business.Represent the business where appropriate at internal and external events, meetings and training.Build and maintain the culture and act as a role model, supporting the values of the business.Deliver agreed financial performance for the team.Develop and implement sales strategies for the team which deliver profitable growth including new business development strategy and Account management strategy.Develop team capability to inspire ..... full job details .....
