As Recruitment Manager, you will lead and develop a team of four internal recruiters while personally recruiting key vacancies across healthcare, clinical, management and non-clinical functions. This is an opportunity to join a growing specialist complex care provider supporting adults with physical disabilities, mental health needs and learning disabilities in their own homes and communities. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and CEO, you will have genuine autonomy over recruitment delivery, candidate attraction, marketing initiatives and performance reporting, while earning commission on your own successful placements.
