Recruitment ManagerHome Based UK-Wide Travel Salary DOE + Car Allowance + BonusHL Partnership (HLP) is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Recruitment Manager to play a key role in growing our adviser network across the UK.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the mortgage and protection industry, is confident engaging with business owners and advisers, and has the drive and entrepreneurial mindset to identify and convert new opportunities.The RoleAs Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities that increase HLP''s adviser headcount.You will build relationships with mortgage and protection businesses, advisers and key industry contacts, understand their ambitions and challenges, and present the HLP proposition in a compelling and professional way.A key part of the role will be identifying established firms with 5+ advisers where a bespoke proposition could provide an attractive opportunity to join HLP.
