The successful applicant will continue to manage client relationships, develop new business and make placements while also supporting the Managing Director with the internal management, recruitment and development of colleagues across the region.This is not a purely operational or non-billing management position. You will lead from the front, maintaining your own successful recruitment activity while helping to strengthen the wider Midlands Hub.
