Recruitment Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative People team as Recruitment Lead, taking ownership of recruitment across the organisation while contributing to a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture. The role is hybrid (2 days a week working from the office in London). The post holder will lead the organisation''s Talent Acquisition process end-to-end, from working with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview processes and assessment criteria, through to advertising roles, managing the ATS, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, leading interview panels and managing offers and contracts. You will be a trusted adviser to hiring managers, providing guidance and challenge where needed to ensure recruitment decisions are fair, consistent and focused on skills and capability. You will also lead initiatives to continuously improve the recruitment function, including recruitment guidance, interview best practice, candidate experience and the use of AI in recruitment.
