Kingdom People is looking for an experienced Recruitment Key Account Manager to support our food and agricultural operations across West Sussex and Hampshire. Reporting directly to the Operations Director and working with the Senior Operations Manager, you’ll bring together workforce planning, recruitment, transport and service performance. You’ll build relationships with client managers, coordinate our delivery teams and make sure temporary workers receive the support they need. The role will initially support a key account with locations across West Sussex and Hampshire working closely with our Bognor Regis recruitment team.
