Recruitment HR and Compliance Manager

HR and Compliance Manager / Advisor Part-Time or Full-Time £30,000-£40,000 DOE We are working with a highly regarded international recruitment business that is looking to add an experienced HR and Compliance professional to their team. The business operates across a range of specialist recruitment markets including Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy, Marine, Engineering and Technology, working with clients and candidates internationally. This is a flexible opportunity, with the client open to considering both part-time and full-time candidates. The exact hours and working pattern can be discussed depending on your requirements and experience. The Role You will take ownership of a broad range of HR and compliance responsibilities, working closely with the senior management team and supporting the business across its people and compliance requirements. Responsibilities will include: Managing day-to-day HR processes and employee queries Supporting recruitment, onboarding and offboarding Maintaining employee records, contracts and HR documentation Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures Supporting performance management and employee relations Ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation Managing internal compliance processes and documentation Supporting right-to-work and other relevant checks Assisting with audits and regulatory requirements Providing practical HR and compliance guidance to managers and employees Reviewing and improving existing processes ..... full job details .....
