Recruitment Executive (Employed)

To oversee all legal recruitment for employed positions at Taylor Rose, reporting to the Head of Legal Recruitment. Working collaboratively with the Head of Legal Recruitment, to source, interview and recruit for all legal positions within the business from entry to senior level. To work within a recruitment Service Level Expectations framework and effectively assist the Head of Legal Recruitment in the management of internal and external recruitment process that complements the on boarding and induction process for candidates to develop, nurture and retain legal talent within Taylor Rose, in a cost-effective way. This role will involve but is not limited to: Updating and maintaining the weekly internal vacancy list Updating the Company website with internal vacancies Advertising vacancies to reflect roles available within the business using external websites and job boards Keeping candidates informed and updated throughout the recruitment process Answering queries from candidates with any required HR ..... full job details .....
