Reed Further Education are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to support learners across a range of Further Education settings. Join us at our upcoming recruitment event to learn more about the role and interview on the day.Job type: The role is for the whole academic year with potential of extension and going permanent.RTW: Sponsorship is not offered for this role!Recruitment Event Overview (Short Version)Presentation: Learn about the Learning Support Assistant role and daily expectations.Group Interview: Introduce yourself and discuss your experience, including safeguarding knowledge.Written Task: Complete a short written exercise on the day (optional preparation provided).Meet the Reed Team: Ask questions about registration, payroll, start dates, and onboarding.After the Event: Successful candidates will be contacted within a few days and complete registration and a paid induction before starting in September.
