Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market shareManaging a full-cycle recruitment processAppreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and resultsManaging complex negotiationsWorking within a team to deliver on both individual and team targetsPositively promote the 11 brand in the marketAct as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruitersSupports manager with training, standing in when required, and driving initiatives and company valuesWhat are we looking for?
