This is a delivery-focused recruitment role where you''ll work closely with schools, candidates and partner agencies to ensure schools have access to high-quality Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Support Staff when they need them. Ideal for candidates with experience in recruitment, recruitment resourcing, candidate delivery, account management, staffing coordination or workforce planning, this role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships while making a real impact on school staffing across a growing trust network. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day staffing requirements across a network of schools.Build strong relationships with school leaders, candidates and partner agencies.Source, screen and interview Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Support Staff.Advertise vacancies across job boards and recruitment platforms.Coordinate candidate availability, bookings and placements.Maintain accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems.Work closely with compliance teams to ensure candidate suitability.Resolve staffing challenges and provide ..... full job details .....
