Prospero Group are delighted to be recruiting a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our Leeds Teaching Team!

You will be supporting by carefully resourcing experienced teaching staff and handling multiple bookings.

In this role you will be responsible for-

• Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Speaking to clients to identify needs and work within set timescales
• Maintaining strong relationships with our clients and candidates
• Advertising jobs, CV searching and registrations
• Working with the team to fill bookings
• Supporting with candidate mailers
• Data entry/ administration

What we are looking for-

• Strong written and communication skills
• Positive and ''can do'' attitude
• Graduate or equivalent desirable

Experience within a similar role or a sales and target driven role desirable.
