Recruitment Delivery Consultant

As our business continues to grow, we''re looking for our first Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous agency recruitment experience who enjoys candidate delivery, relationship building and providing an exceptional service, but wants to step away from the high KPI, target driven environment of larger agencies. Initially, you''ll play a key role in candidate sourcing, recruitment administration and delivering against vacancies for our clients. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you''ll manage vacancies, develop existing client relationships and take ownership of your own accounts. Key responsibilities: Source and attract high quality candidates across Engineering, Manufacturing and Defence markets Manage permanent and contract recruitment campaigns Screen, interview and qualify candidates, building and maintaining talent pipelines for future opportunities Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process Prepare candidate profiles and shortlist recommendations Manage offers through to successful placement and invoicing ..... full job details .....
