Recruitment Customer Service Specialist responsibilities:Candidate attraction, management and retentionWriting job adverts and placing them on job boards and social mediaDeveloping an excellent understanding of clients, their industry, culture, environment and requirements to always provide the best possible serviceLiaising with clients and candidates daily to fulfil staffing requirements and maximise work opportunities for candidatesConducting thorough telephone and face to face interviews with candidatesFully registering candidates for both temporary and permanent workCarrying out Right To Work checks and referencing to ensure all candidates are fully compliantAssisting with payroll duties - collating staffing hours, managing holiday entitlements, inputting weekly hours and dealing with any payroll queriesLead generation for the hubCarrying out routine in house auditsGeneral office administration tasks as requiredThe successful candidate:To be considered for the position of Recruitment Customer Service Specialist you must:Have a full UK driving licence and your own carHave excellent organisational skills and able to work under ..... full job details .....
