Oxfordshire | Full-time | 12-18 month Temporary Contract

We''re recruiting an experienced Recruitment Coordinator / In-House Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for a leading organisation operating in a technical and highly regulated environment.

You''ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers to source, attract and secure top talent across a range of roles.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing recruitment from initial brief through to offer and onboarding
• Direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and professional networks
• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Coordinating interviews and delivering a positive candidate experience
• Managing recruitment activity through HR and applicant tracking systems
• Supporting pre-employment screening and compliance processes
• Occasional travel to another UK site may be required

About you:

• Proven experience in end-to-end or in-house recruitment
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience recruiting within technical, engineering or regulated environments would be beneficial
• Knowledge of UK pre-employment screening and security clearance processes
• Experience using Workday or a similar ATS is desirable

Due to the nature of the environment, successful candidates will need to meet relevant security screening requirements and have the right to work in the UK.
