Recruitment Coordinator - Civil Engineering

As part of our continued growth, we re now looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Civil Engineering freelance delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity to support one of our most successful Recruiters, gaining valuable industry knowledge while developing your career towards becoming a Recruitment Consultant. What you ll be doing: 180 Recruitment role focusing on the resourcing side, engaging with candidates and talking through our relevant available role Advertising vacancies on job boards and searching CV databases Pre-screening and qualifying candidates Completing compliance checks to a Gold Standard Working closely with our leading consultant to place candidates into roles Shadowing consultants and learning the full recruitment process What we re looking for: Strong people skills and ability to build relationships Some interest in working on significant, critical infrastructure Civil Engineering projects Excellent attention to detail Clear and confident communication and organisational skills Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel What we offer: £26,000 - £28,000 starting salary Company pension scheme Private health care scheme 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) Ongoing training and clear career progression into a Recruitment consultant role ..... full job details .....
