Due to continued growth, CDS Labour are looking for a professional, well organised, and results driven Recruitment Coordinator to join our Laurencekirk team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
You will play a key role in supporting daily recruitment operations, ensuring workforce requirements are met while maintaining exceptional service standards.
The Role of Recruitment Coordinator:
•Manage the coordination of temporary workers to support our client’s needs.
•Ensure the smooth delivery of recruitment operations.
•Source, recruit, and onboard temporary workers.
•Maintain staffing levels to ensure all bookings and workforce demands are fulfilled.
•Coordinate worker schedules, shift allocations, and transport arrangements.
•Prepare and manage daily rotas, including shift times, locations, and PPE requirements.
•Provide ongoing support, guidance, and welfare checks to temporary workers.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and site visits.
•Attend client sites to monitor attendance, resolve operational issues, and maintain service standards.
•Work closely with internal teams to ensure recruitment, planning, and transport functions operate effectively.
•Maintain accurate recruitment records to ensure compliance and employment legislation are meet at all times.
What we need from you:
•Previous experience in recruitment, workforce planning, coordination, or a similar role.
•Excellent organisational and time management skills.
•Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
•A proactive and solution-focused approach.
•The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
•Flexibility to support operational requirements, including occasional weekend work when required.
•A full UK driving licence (essential).
