You will play a key role in supporting daily recruitment operations, ensuring workforce requirements are met while maintaining exceptional service standards. The Role of Recruitment Coordinator: •Manage the coordination of temporary workers to support our client s needs. •Ensure the smooth delivery of recruitment operations. •Source, recruit, and onboard temporary workers. •Maintain staffing levels to ensure all bookings and workforce demands are fulfilled. •Coordinate worker schedules, shift allocations, and transport arrangements. •Prepare and manage daily rotas, including shift times, locations, and PPE requirements. •Provide ongoing support, guidance, and welfare checks to temporary workers. •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and site visits. •Attend client sites to monitor attendance, resolve operational issues, and maintain service standards. •Work closely with internal teams to ..... full job details .....
