Recruitment Coordinator Location: Oxford (Hybrid Working - Minimum 3 Days Onsite)Duration: 12-Month ContractPay Rate: £18.00 per hour PAYE / £24.09 per hour UmbrellaHours: 37.5 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00) Our Aerospace client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to support their in-house talent acquisition function. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering a first-class candidate experience in a fast-paced environment. The Role As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will take ownership of recruitment activities from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will support hiring managers in attracting and securing top talent while ensuring recruitment processes remain compliant and efficient. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, sourcing candidates, screening applications, interviewing, and onboarding support. Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and targeted search strategies. Conduct initial telephone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
