You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment across our CQC and Ofsted-regulated care services, from vacancy approval and advertising through to offers and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to deliver a smooth, efficient and compliant recruitment experience. Key Duties Coordinate recruitment from vacancy approval through to onboarding across multiple roles. Advertise vacancies, screen applications, proactively source candidates and arrange interviews. Manage offers and coordinate pre-employment checks, including DBS, references, right to work and qualification verification. Ensure recruitment activity meets safer recruitment and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate ATS records, recruitment trackers and compliance documentation.
