Recruitment Coordinator

Purpose of the Role We are looking for an organised, proactive and candidate-focused Recruitment Coordinator to join our Internal Talent Team at The Bleep 360 Group. You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment across our CQC and Ofsted-regulated care services, from vacancy approval and advertising through to offers and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to deliver a smooth, efficient and compliant recruitment experience. Key Duties Coordinate recruitment from vacancy approval through to onboarding across multiple roles. Advertise vacancies, screen applications, proactively source candidates and arrange interviews. Manage offers and coordinate pre-employment checks, including DBS, references, right to work and qualification verification. Ensure recruitment activity meets safer recruitment and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate ATS records, recruitment trackers and compliance documentation. Build strong relationships with candidates, Registered Managers and internal stakeholders. Support high-volume recruitment campaigns, employer branding, recruitment events and candidate attraction initiatives. Monitor vacancy progress, time-to-hire and recruitment KPIs, escalating delays or concerns where necessary. Provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
