This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys recruitment, workforce coordination, employee support, and working closely with both client stakeholders and onsite teams.About the role:As Contract Consultant, you will work closely with the client and the Adecco Operations Manager to ensure staffing needs are planned, managed, and delivered effectively. You will play a key part in supporting day-to-day workforce activity, including recruitment planning, onboarding, shift allocation, attendance management, payroll administration, employee relations support, KPI tracking, and preparation for site activity.Key responsibilities: Workforce planning: Manage and maintain a pool of temporary workers, ensuring availability is aligned to client requirements. Attendance and employee support: Monitor attendance, absence, holidays, and general employee relations matters, escalating where appropriate. Shift coordination: Plan and allocate weekly shifts, responding quickly to any changes in temporary staffing demand.
