The Role
* Develop and manage relationships with existing legal clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities
* Source, attract, and engage candidates through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and job boards
* Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to confirm suitability for vacancies
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing through to offer negotiation and placement
* Build a strong reputation within the legal market and establish yourself as a trusted recruitment partner
* Maintain a proactive business development approach to grow your client portfolio and market presence
* Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue and performance targets

What We''re Looking For
* Previous recruitment experience, preferably within professional services, business support, or legal recruitment
* Alternatively, a proven background in sales, business development, or account management
* Strong relationships-building and communication skills
* Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results
* Resilience, ambition, and a self-motivated approach
* Confidence in developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
