We''re growing our HR & Talent recruitment specialism at Zachary Daniels and looking for someone who wants to build their career in this market.

You might be working on a generalist recruitment desk and ready to focus on a specialism. You could already be an experienced HR recruiter, or work in internal recruitment or talent acquisition.

Whichever route you''re coming from, this is an opportunity to develop your expertise, build lasting relationships and help grow a specialism with plenty of ambition.

The opportunity

We work with retail and consumer businesses, from growing brands to established household names, helping them find the people who shape their organisations and support their teams.

You''ll recruit across HR, People and Talent, getting to understand the different skills, priorities and personalities these roles need.

You''ll have support from our specialist teams, opportunities to develop existing accounts and room to build client relationships of your own.

Our In Good Company HR events also give you the chance to get involved in a growing professional community, connecting with HR leaders and understanding the challenges they''re working through.

What you''ll do

• Build relationships with HR and Talent leaders, understanding their businesses, teams and hiring needs.

• Win new business and develop opportunities within existing client accounts.

• Find and engage candidates, understanding their experience, ambitions and the environments where they''ll thrive.

• Manage recruitment from the initial brief through interviews, offers and someone starting their new role.

• Work with colleagues across ZD to share insight, make introductions and support clients.

• Contribute to our HR community and events.

• Take ownership of your desk, activity and results.

This is a commercial role. You''ll be developing business and winning work alongside delivering a brilliant experience for clients and candidates.

What you''ll bring

Recruitment experience matters. An established HR recruitment desk isn''t essential.

We''re interested in people who bring:

• Experience in recruitment, internal recruitment or talent acquisition.

• An interest in HR, People and Talent, and the contribution these teams make to a business.

• Confidence asking good questions and understanding what someone needs beyond a job title.

• Commercial awareness and the motivation to build a successful desk.

• Organisation, resilience and the discipline to follow through.

• A collaborative approach and pride in treating people properly.

If you''re moving from a generalist desk, we''ll support you in developing your market knowledge. If you''re coming from internal recruitment, we''ll help you build the business development skills that come with recruitment consultancy life.
