This is a true 360 role with the flexibility to specialise in either permanent or contract recruitment, depending on your experience and strengths.Whether you are an established perm recruiter, a contract billing specialist, or someone with a blend of both, this role offers the platform to build a high-performing desk with full support, strong infrastructure, and clear progression pathways.You will take ownership of your desk, delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions while driving revenue growth through business development and exceptional service delivery.Key Responsibilities Business Development and Client Management Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities within your market.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships as a trusted partner.Understand client hiring needs, culture, and commercial drivers.Negotiate terms and deliver commercially sound recruitment solutions. Recruitment Delivery Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to placement.Write and advertise engaging job opportunities across multiple platforms.Source, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong technical and cultural fit.Manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes.
