Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

• Proactively build and manage a client portfolio through business development, meetings, referrals, and networking.

• Understand client hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation.

• Maintain and develop long-term client relationships for ongoing business.

Candidate Engagement

• Source, attract, and interview potential candidates using tools such as social media, referrals, and advertising.

• Provide career advice, CV support, and interview preparation.

• Maintain regular candidate contact and manage a database for availability and suitability.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with colleagues to share market insights, build internal networks, and maximise commercial opportunities.

• Achieve personal and team KPIs and revenue targets through collaboration and initiative.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous recruitment experience preferred but not essential.

• Strong motivation, sales drive, and a commercial mindset.

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

• Resilient, target-driven, and open to continuous learning.

• Confident handling objections and problem-solving in recruitment processes.

• Must hold full drivers licence and have your own vehicle
