What Will You Be Doing?

As a Recruitment Consultant, you''ll work within the education recruitment market, connecting talented education professionals with schools.

Your role will include:

• Interviewing and qualifying candidates
• Building and maintaining candidate relationships
• Developing relationships with schools and clients
• Matching candidates with suitable opportunities
• Managing your own pipeline
• Working towards weekly KPIs
• Business development
• Sales and negotiation
• Managing and growing client accounts
• Building your personal network and reputation
• Learning how to influence, negotiate and close
• Working alongside experienced consultants and managers
