Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a-proven Recruitment Consultant with experience within the construction ( Fit Out / M&E / Civils ) industry-to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, commercially minded recruiter who already understands the construction market, has an established network, and knows how to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your market, develop new business, grow existing client relationships and play a key role in the continued growth of our company.

The Role

As a Construction Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and managing strong relationships with construction clients and candidates.
• Winning new business and developing existing accounts.
• Sourcing, interviewing and successfully placing high-quality candidates.
• Managing the full recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.
• Building and maintaining a strong network across the construction sector.
• Identifying new opportunities and contributing to the growth of your specialist market.
• Providing an excellent, professional service to both clients and candidates.
• Working towards agreed individual and team targets.

About You

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• Proven experience in construction recruitment.
• A strong understanding of the construction industry and its recruitment requirements.
• An established network of clients and/or candidates.
• A track record of consistently delivering placements and winning business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A driven, motivated and commercially focused approach.
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a growing team.
• Ambition to develop your career and play an important role in the future success of the business.
