This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career, or with strong commercial/sales experience who wants to develop quickly and build a long-term career in technology recruitment. What You ll Do Build and grow relationships across our key verticals: Data and AI, Cyber Security, Software, Engineering, Transformation and ERP, Cloud, and Senior Appointments. Source, interview, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process. Support business development by identifying new opportunities and engaging potential clients. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through to offer negotiation. Work alongside experienced consultants and managers to deepen your technical knowledge and refine your approach. Represent SoCode confidently and professionally to both clients and candidates.
