You''ll be responsible for recruiting specialist technology professionals across a range of disciplines.We''re particularly interested in candidates who have gained experience within an RPO, or Talent Acquisition environment and are comfortable managing recruitment processes from brief through to offer acceptance.What You''ll Be DoingManaging end-to-end recruitment across a range of technology vacancies.Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide market insight.Proactively sourcing and headhunting specialist technology talent.Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Managing internal and external recruitment campaigns.Ensuring recruitment activity is delivered within agreed service levels and hiring timelines.Producing and presenting recruitment metrics, reports and hiring updates.Driving improvements in candidate experience and recruitment effectiveness.Managing multiple vacancies simultaneously while delivering ..... full job details .....
