Within this role you will work with new enquiries and existing clients to cover their permanent management roles as well as looking to expand our reach across their many sites. You will lead the whole recruiting process from vacancy take on through to offer. The ideal candidate and what we specifically require: An experienced recruiter with a proven track record of consistent billing Exposure to single perm placements and/or fulfilment across multiple roles Must have exceptional negotiation skills Business development from new and existing accounts will be your DNA Bring ideas to the business to help us develop Understands the importance of decisive and honest communication between all parties in the hiring process Energy, pace and the ability to make your own decisions Comfortable working under your own self discipline The ability to build rapport at all levels Genuinely proactive and hard working Attention to detail, planning and organisation What can we offer? ..... full job details .....
