What youll do:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, youll learn how to manage the full recruitment process from start to finish, working with schools, colleges and training providers across the UK. Youll be trained to:

• Develop new business and build strong client relationships
• Source and interview candidates
• Match the right people to the right roles
• Manage placements, offers and negotiations
• Work towards clear targets with support from your team and manager
