As our business continues to grow, we''re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Tunbridge Wells office. You''ll work closely with our Director and Recruitment Coordinator while also being supported by our experienced team based in Higham Ferrers. From day one, you''ll receive a structured induction, ongoing mentoring and everything you need to build a successful recruitment desk. About the Role This is a full 360 recruitment role where you''ll have the opportunity to manage your own desk while benefiting from existing client relationships and live vacancies from the outset. You''ll be responsible for developing new business, managing client accounts, sourcing high-quality candidates and overseeing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to successful placement. You''ll enjoy the variety that recruitment brings, building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates while becoming a trusted specialist within your market.
