Recruitment Consultant Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent Salary: On Target Earnings Exceed £50,000, base of £30,000 (Negotiable DOE) + Uncapped Commission Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm) About Us You will be joining Oval Deene Recruitment, a specialist division of Simon Acres Group Ltd. Because we are growing rapidly, we are looking for an experienced, driven, and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. In our Tunbridge Wells office, you will work directly alongside our award-winning Director and a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator, giving you incredible daily mentorship. Furthermore, you ll be fully backed by our main team in Higham Ferrers. To set you up to succeed, you will receive an in-depth, hands-on induction and training program during your first few days, delivered both face-to-face and over video call. About the Role This is a full 360 recruitment role where you get true ownership of your desk but with a massive head start. To get the ball rolling, we will hand you a selection of live roles from our key accounts on day one. No staring at a blank screen wondering where your first deal is coming from.
