Simon Acres Group Ltd is a specialist recruitment business working across the Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom (KBB) and Merchant sectors. We''re looking for someone with KBB industry experience who wants to take that knowledge into a new career in recruitment. You might currently work in KBB sales, kitchen design, a showroom, manufacturing, supply, account management or another customer-facing role within the industry. You don''t need previous recruitment experience we''ll provide the training and support you need to become a successful recruiter. You''ll join our specialist KBB recruitment team, building relationships with industry professionals, developing your own network and helping clients find the right people for their businesses. The role Build strong relationships with KBB clients and candidates. Use your existing KBB knowledge to understand roles, businesses and candidate experience. Source, interview and qualify candidates. Develop and manage your own candidate and client network. Generate new business and identify opportunities within the KBB market.
