Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant

MPR Site Services is a growing construction recruitment business based in Manchester. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Previous recruitment experience is essential. Construction recruitment experience is preferred but not essential.

The Role

• Managing and developing existing clients and candidates
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Taking new vacancies and making placements
• Building strong client and candidate relationships
• Winning new business and developing your own desk
• Working towards individual targets

About You

• Previous recruitment experience is essential
• Confident communicator with strong sales and relationship-building skills
• Driven, ambitious and target-focused
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills
