Recruitment Consultant
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong client and candidate relationships, and delivering high-quality hiring solutions across a range of trades. This role requires excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through networking, calls, referrals, and market mapping. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, databases, networking, and referrals. Match suitable candidates to open vacancies based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews, feedback, negotiations, and offer management between clients and candidates. Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM/database. Meet agreed KPIs, sales targets, and revenue goals. Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal recruitment processes. Skills and Experience Required Previous experience in recruitment, sales, account management, or a customer-facing role preferred. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
